Where are the expiration dates for your products located?

You will find the expiration date on the bottom of the bottle. The expiration date is printed in either black or yellow ink and should be in the format of MM/DD/YYYY/.

What should I do if I have not received my product?

If you placed your order through our website, www.healthplusprime.com, you can contact us by calling 1-800-913-2116 or by emailing us at contact@healthplusprime.com.  A Customer Service Representative will be glad to help you with your order.

Where do your products ship from?

Most of our products ship from Amazon warehouses located throughout the United States. This allows us to deliver our products to your door step quicker and more efficiently.

How long will it take to receive my product?

Most orders are fulfilled within 24 hours of purchase and are usually at your door within 7-10 days or less. This process may vary depending on circumstances such as weather, holidays and product stock.

Where are your products manufactured?

Health Plus Prime manufactures all of its products in the United States in facilities that have been GMP and NSF certified.
